Founder and CEO
Gus founded and serves as President and Chairman of Trueforce, an enterprise IT solutions and consulting company in the USA with offices in Latin America, that specializes in full-scale implementation and delivery capabilities. Prior to Trueforce, Gus founded and serves as CEO of AutoBox, a Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform company, offering business intelligence and customer experience solutions for global enterprises. Before Autobox, Gus founded and was CEO of Sierra360, a mobile customer engagement platform. He guided Sierra360 until it was acquired by inContact (NASDAQ: SAAS), a leading cloud contact center software provider. At inContact, Gus served as Senior Vice President of Emerging Technologies. Before Sierra360, Gus was Vice President and GM of the Americas for RII/SSM, a loyalty-and trigger based real-time marketing platform for wireless operators, providing data intelligence and full-lifecycle services. Before RII/SSM, Gus founded Five9 (NASDAQ: FIVN), a pioneer in cloud contact center software (CCaaS). During his term as founding Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Gus managed cross functional teams across sales, product, finance and business development.
